I had a booking on the 4th of June with yourself from Bradford to Blackpool pleasure beach.

When we arrived at Blackpool we expected to be dropped of to Blackpool pleasure beach however when we got there we was stranded at a car park well away from us which on the sat nav was showing 36 mins away.

Little did we know at the time where we were as we thought we might just be across the road so we left the coach and tried making our way to the pleasure beach. However it turned out to be almost a 40 mins walk with all the children and elderly we had. Part of of our group we also had a child with hyper mobility joints who cannot walk for long periods therefore resulted in us having to take regular stops. Therefore one staff member then went to see if the coach driver was there in the coach but however he wasn't so we carried on walking. Throughout the journey walking we had several complains from all the children elderly and pretty much the whole group.

Because we have just established our new business for publicity we announced a community trip to Blackpool pleasure beach for families to try and bring in some business.

However after the walk that had to be done both way going and coming throughout the whole day we had nothing but complaints and which was extremely unfair to our staff who had also paid to enjoy the day.

Ever since the trip our phone lines have none stop been ringing and we have had many complaints from parents and the community. We have now people posting on Facebook about they terrible experience with our organisation and how they wish they had never come to us for business. As a new business this will affect us quite a lot and we are facing bad publicity which is extremely unfair on us.

We also have a lot of complaints that we have received to resolve and are in a dilemma as to how to do this as this was a cost price trip to the community and the generosity of our organisation to organise this event Voluntarily.

When we informed the driver about what he had done his excuse was that no one told him that he was meant to park at Blackpool pleasure beach!
